Sarah Fraley, MHA, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a Board Member of Rowan Health System (RHS). She holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Social Psychology from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), and a master's degree in Healthcare Administration from California State University, Northridge. Additionally, she is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Ms. Fraley brings extensive experience in healthcare operations and financial management to her role at RHS. Since 2018, she has been the Director of Operations at the Rowan Center for Behavioral Medicine. In addition to her responsibilities at RHS, she maintains her own practice where she specializes in tax planning, bookkeeping, and financial planning.
