Dr. Lilit Abraamyan-Chaidez serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a Board Member of Rowan Health System (RHS), bringing a wealth of experience in clinical psychology and a strong commitment to enhancing community well-being. As a licensed clinical psychologist at the Rowan Center for Behavioral Medicine, Dr. Abraamyan-Chaidez has dedicated her career to improving the psychological health of individuals through comprehensive care and innovative therapeutic approaches. Dr. Abraamyan-Chaidez earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University of Fullerton, followed by her master’s and doctorate degrees in clinical psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology-Los Angeles. During her time at The Chicago School, she presented at the American Psychological Association (APA) Convention in 2015, leading a symposium titled "Experiential Learning Approaches: Integrating Theory with Clinical Practice." She completed her APA-accredited internship at the Institute for Multicultural Counseling and Education Services (IMCES), where she honed her skills in culturally competent care.
